摘要 采用液液萃取-GC/MS法(LLE-GC/MS)和固相萃取-HPLC法(SPE-HPLC)测定地表水和生活污水中9种烷基酚化合物含量并使用配对样品t检验判定两种方法的测定结果是否具有显著差异。实验结果表明,两种水质中均有不同数量的目标物存在方法间的显著性差异。地表水中存在方法显著差异的目标物数量少于生活污水,2种方法分析目标物浓度存在显著差异的原因在于不同方法中目标物回收率存在较大差异。通过实验结果分析,建议对于基质复杂的生活污水,优先采用LLE-GC/MS法测定目标物含量,而对地表水,两种方法没有明显差异。 The contents of 9 alkylphenol compounds in surface water and domestic sewage were determined by liquid-liquid extraction GC/MS and solid-phase extraction HPLC,and the paired sample t-test was used to determine whether there was significant difference between the two methods.The experimental results show that there are different amounts of target compounds in the two water quality,and there are significant differences between the methods.The number of target compounds with significant differences in surface water is less than that in domestic sewage.The reason for the significant difference in the concentration of target compounds analyzed by the two methods is that there are great differences in the recovery rate of target compounds in different methods.Through the analysis of the experimental results,it is suggested that the liquid-liquid extraction GC/MS method should be preferred to determine the content of target compounds for domestic sewage with complex matrix,while there is no significant difference between the two methods for surface water.
