Exploration and Operation of Flowmeter for Liquefi ed Gas Transportation

炼油厂的液化石油气主要组成部分为丙烷、丙烯、丁烷、延迟焦化液化石油气等,由于其饱和蒸汽压较高,容易导致气液两相共存,因此,炼油厂的液化石油气产品一直是通过汽运过磅的形式进行出厂计量。随着时代的发展,客户对便捷、速度的要求,流量计计量逐渐成为迫切的需求。本文针对液化气出厂从过磅计量到流量计计量的转变过程中遇到的问题进行探索和分析,为实际应用提供理论和技术方面的指导。

The main components of LPG in refineries are propane,propylene,butane,propane-butadiene,delayed coking LPG,etc.Because of the high saturated stream pressure of the LPG,it is easy to form the gas-liquid two phases.Therefore,the refinery LPG products leave straight through the form of truck weighing.Along with the fast development of science and technology,customers ask for convenience and speed,thus flow meter mea-surements have been becoming demands.In this paper,the changing process of the liquefied petroleum gas from weight measurement to flow meter measurement and the problems encountered are discussed,which will provide theoretical and technical guidance for practical applications.
