关于乙烯裂解炉标定与工艺条件优化研究

裂解炉是乙烯生产当中极为关键的一个设施,具有非常重要的作用,不仅会影响乙烯的生产效率以及质量,而且还会影响到我国乙烯的生产水平以及发展速度,因此研究乙烯裂解炉效率、工艺水平以及生产技术是非常重要的,本文主要采用文献查阅法、归纳法等,本文就着重对某乙烯裂解炉标定与工艺条件优化展开了深入的研究,希望能对工业发展提供一定的理论依据和参考。

Cracking furnace is a key facility in ethylene production,which plays a very important role.It will not only affect the production efficiency and quality of ethylene,but also affect the production level and development speed of ethylene in China.Therefore,it is very important to study the efficiency,process level and production technology of ethylene cracking furnace.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature review.This paper focuses on the calibration and process condition optimization of an ethylene cracking furnace,hoping to provide a certain theoretical basis and reference for industrial development.
