摘要
炼焦工艺会产生大量的焦煤炉气,而焦煤气富除含氢气、甲烷等有用组分外,也含有CO、CO_(2)等有害组分,还含有H_(2)S等杂质,因此对其综合回收利用具有较好的经济价值和社会效益,通过研究,分别提出了焦煤气制备高纯度氢气工艺设计方案、焦煤气制备甲醇工艺设计方案、焦煤气制备天然气工艺设计方案,达到可变废为宝、减少环境污染,响应国家提出的碳达峰、碳中和的国家战略目的。
The coking process will produce a large amount of coke oven gas.In addition to useful components such as hydrogen and methane,coke gas also contains harmful components such as CO and CO_(2) and impurities such as H_(2)S.Therefore,its comprehensive recovery and utilization has good economic value and social benefits.The studying showed that the process design scheme for preparing high-purity hydrogen from coke gas was put forward.The process design scheme for preparing methanol from coke gas and the process design scheme for preparing natural gas from coke gas could turn waste into treasure,reduce environmental pollution and respond to the national strategic goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization proposed by the state.
