摘要 通过讨论污泥化学性质对污泥脱水性影响,介绍了胞外聚合物对污泥脱水性影响的几种不同学说,同时介绍了金属离子对污泥脱水性的影响;对污泥深度脱水技术进行了介绍,对传统污泥脱水技术、基于污泥高压过滤脱水的调理技术以及电渗透污泥脱水技术的优劣进行了比较;阐述了污泥深度脱水工艺的工艺适配性和应用现状,并对污泥深度脱水技术的未来进行了展望。 Discussing the effect of sludge chemical properties on sludge dewatering,several different theories of the effect of EPS and metal ions on sludge dewatering were introduced.The deep sludge dewatering technology was introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional sludge dewatering technology,conditioning technology based on sludge high-pressure filtration dewatering and electroosmosis sludge dewatering technology were compared.The process adaptability and application status of sludge deep dehydring technology were expounded,and the future of sludge deep dehydring technology was looked forward.
