基于专家系统的堆内构件典型部件设计研究

摘要 以数字反应堆项目为对象,本文研究了民用核电领域反应堆堆内构件数字化设计及组件材料选取、关键接口管理和结构优化方法,对堆内构件典型部件快速化设计过程中的涉及到的设计属性等进行分析,提出了一种基于专家系统技术的反应堆堆内构件优化设计系统,建立了针对数字化反应堆设计的专家系统知识数据库结构和相关推理规则。为反应堆结构设计人员提供设计实例的经验参考,以提高设计人员的工作效率以及数字反应堆运行性能。 Taking the digital reactor project projectas the object,the digital design of RVI and the selection of component materials,the key interface management and structural optimization methods in the field of civil nuclear power were studied.By analyzing the design attributes and other data involved in the process of rapid RVI design,a reactor structure optimization design system based on expert system technology was proposed,and an expert system knowledge database and related rules for digital reactor design were established,providing experience reference for reactor structure designers with design examples to improve designer's work efficiency and digital reactor operation work efficiency and digital reactor operation performance.
