摘要
以偶氮染料活性黑5为目标污染物,利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)-海藻酸钠(SA)-沸石作为复合固定化载体,对目标脱色菌群进行固定化,研究不同组分含量对固定化菌群脱色活性黑5效果的影响,寻找最优化条件。实验结果表明,当SA、PVA、沸石、CaCl_(2)浓度分别为1%、6%、2%、3%时,脱色菌群固定化小球物理性能最佳。在此最优化条件下,固定化菌群对活性黑5(10-50 mg/L)在反应72 h的脱色率达到70%左右,说明固定化菌群具有良好的脱色性能。
Azo dye Reactive Black 5 was used as the target pollutant,and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)-sodium alginate(SA)-zeolite was used as the composite immobilization carrier to immobilize the target decolorizing flora.The effects of different component contents on the decolorization of Reactivate Black 5 by immobilized flora were studied to find the optimal conditions.The experimental results showed that when the concentrations of SA,PVA,zeolite and CaCl_(2)were 1%,6%,2%and 3%,respectively,the physical property of the immobilized pellets was the best.Under this optimal condition,decolorization rate of Reactive Black 5(10~50 mg/L)by immobilized flora reached about 70%in 72 h,indicated that immobilized flora had good decolorization performance.
