摘要
近年来炼油行业大力开展智能化炼油技术的研发与应用,先进控制、实时优化已在炼化企业广泛使用,但仅通过传统化验分析时效性无法满足质量控制及优化要求,因此基于近红外的快速检测在炼化厂快速推广。本文介绍了近红外分析目前在炼厂实验室离线分析、油品在线调合、装置的在线分析、油品顺序输送时油头切换等方面的应用情况。该技术可及时准确分析原油及中间物料的性质,为加工计划制定及执行及优化提供数据支撑。
Recent years,the refining industry has been vigorously developing and applying intelligent refining technology.APC and RTO have been widely used in refinery.However,the timeliness of traditional assay analysis cannot meet the requirements of quality control and optimization,so rapid analysis technology was rapidly popularized in refineries.The application of rapid analysis technology in laboratory,online blending of oil products,online analysis of plant,and oil head switching during oil sequential transportation were introduced.The technology can timely and accurately analyze the properties of crude oil and intermediate materials,providing data support for processing planning,execution and optimization.
