摘要
高校教育工作的重要任务包括大学生创新能力和实践能力的培养与提升。药学专业学生不仅社会需求量很大,而且社会要求也非常高。然而,大部分应届毕业生需要进行一段时间的培训才能上岗,这就要求在学校的学生教育培养期间,不断通过教学改革来加强学生职业素质的教育。在此背景下,本文设计了一个针对于中、低年级学生可以自由、自主开展的综合性实验。该实验旨在探索红外光谱鉴别法在《中国药典》的应用,涉及了药剂、分析化学、有机化学等领域的知识,以培养学生的基本实验操作技能以及灵活运用知识的能力。
The important task of college education includes the cultivation and promotion of college students'innovative ability and practical ability.Students majoring in Pharmacy not only have great social demand,but also have very high social requirements.However,most fresh graduates need a period of training before they can take up their positions,which requires that during the period of student education and training,we should constantly strengthen the education of students'professional quality through teaching reform.An open experiment was designed for middle and lower grade students to carry out freely and autonomously.The experiment aimed to explore the application of infrared spectroscopy in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,involving operations and knowledge in the fields of pharmacy,analytical chemistry,organic chemistry,etc,in order to cultivate students'basic experimental operation skills and the ability to use knowledge flexibly.
