Study on Training Mode of Pharmaceutical Engineering Professionals in Normal Universities

广西民族师范学院制药工程专业适应区域医药经济发展需求,以工程实践能力和区域特色为中心,制定科学合理的人才培养方案,创建GMP实践教学平台,规范教育教学管理,深化专业综合改革,加强与高校、企业的合作交流,订单培养、校企协同育人,提升学生的工程实践能力与创新能力,培养面向中国-东盟传统医药科技文化产业发展需要的广西区域特色应用技术型人才,为边疆少数民族地区医药企业提供技术支持和人才支撑。

To meet the needs of regional medical economic development,Pharmaceutical Engineering of Guangxi Minzu Normal University focused on generating engineering practice capability and regional characteristics with formulating a scientific and reasonable talent training program,building GMP practice teaching platform,standardizing the management of education and teaching,deepening comprehensive professional reform,strengthening the cooperation and exchange with universities and enterprises,training students according to the orderes,enhancing students'engineering practice ability and innovation ability.The aim was to train applied technology talents who towards Guangxi regional characteristics for the development of China-Asean traditional medicine technology and culture industry.Technical support and talent support were also provided for the pharmaceutical resources development industry in frontier minority.
