摘要
“新工科”计划和“课程思政”建设为新时代国家发展人才的培养改革指明了方向,而在“后疫情”时期利用“互联网+”理念将思政元素融入专业课程的课堂,是新时代高校人才培养改革发展之路的创新之举。本文以《油脂深加工及制品》为例,介绍其在新工科背景指导下后疫情时期课程在“线上线下+课堂思政”混合式教学中思政教学的改革探索与实践,旨在为后疫情时期“新工科”背景下课程思政建设提供参考与借鉴。
“New Engineering”and“Ideological and Political Education”have pointed out the direction for the training of talents for the national development in the new era.In“Post-epidemic Era”,using the concept of“Internet+”to incorporate ideological and political elements into professional classrooms is an innovative action for the reform and development of university personnel education.Herein,taking Further-processing and Products of Edible Oil&Fats as an example,its exploration and practice on curriculum ideological and political teaching reform as“Online and offline+classroom ideological and political”hybrid education in Post-epidemic Era under the guidance of the new engineering was introduced,which would provide reference for curriculum ideological and political construction under the background of“New Engineering”in Post-epidemic Era.
