Discussion on Safety Management of Chemical Laboratory in Efficient Scientific Research Institutes

综述了高校科研院所化学实验室的安全现状、不安全因素,总结了化学实验室安全管理隐患及普遍存在的共性问题。针对上述问题,分别从实验室安全管理责任、运行机制、危险源管理、设施配备、应急预案、事故处置六个方面进行了阐述,探索应对方法、探讨高校科研院所化学实验室安全管理工作。

The safety status and unsafe factors of chemical laboratories in scientific research institutes of colleges and universities were summarized,and the hidden dangers and common problems of safety management of chemical laboratories were summarized.Aiming at the above problems,the laboratory safety management responsibility,operation mechanism,hazard management,facilities,emergency plan and accident disposal were expounded,the coping methods were explored and the safety management of chemical laboratories in universities and scientific research institutes were discussed.
