瑜伽练习引入声乐教学的研究与探讨

摘要 正确的呼吸方法,发声咬字和良好的心理状态是保证歌唱效果的重要因素。正确的呼吸方法可以找到歌唱时气息的支点,从而熟练地应用歌唱技巧。准确的发声咬字使歌声更具有生命力、感染力。良好的心理因素可以更好地控制歌唱者的注意力,防止身体僵硬,有效地融合各种歌唱技巧和情感表达。瑜伽教学中的呼吸法、语音冥想、体位法与声乐教学有着一定的共性和内在联系。瑜伽练习对声乐教学具有较好的辅助作用,为声乐教学提供新的教学方法和理念,更好地服务练声曲的训练与歌曲的演唱,提高声乐教学质量。 Correct breathing method,articulation and good mental state are important factors to ensure the effect of singing.The correct breathing method can find the fulcrum of the breath of singing,so as to skillfully apply the singing skills.Accurate vocalization and articulation make the singing more vital and appealing.Good psychological factors can better control the singer’s attention,prevent body stiffness,and effectively integrate various singing techniques and emotional expressions.Breathing,voice meditation,asana and vocal music learning in yoga teaching have certain commonalities and internal connections.Yoga practice can play an auxiliary role in vocal music teaching,provide new teaching methods and ideas,better serve the training and singing of vocal music,and improve the quality of vocal music teaching.
