摘要
体育赛事品牌作为一种无形资产,体育赛事作为一种品牌推广渠道是一种文化精神的象征及一种独特的品牌图腾文化。但在品牌传播的过程中,知识产权的保护尤为重要,不仅立法保护不可或缺,司法支撑也十分关键。只有这样,才能确保其相关知识产权保护体系得以更好地健全和完善,使体育赛事品牌能够获得全方位的发展。
As an intangible asset,sports event brand can reflect its cultural spirit with unique brand totem culture in the process of brand promotion,in which,intellectual property protection cannot be underestimated,and legislative protection judicial support are equally indispensable.For getting all-round development of sports event brands,the intellectual property protection system needs to be better perfected and improved.
