摘要
信息时代的发展使数据库的作用更加突显。根据国内高校重点建设学科,数据库分为不同学科的专题数据库。建设重点学科数据库是高校图书馆创新服务工作的“重中之重”。黑河学院俄文特色资源数据库根据地缘特色及国内俄文数据库情况,重新组合数据库结构,克服中俄文献交流的困难,构建国内独具特色的俄文资源数据库。
The development of information age makes the role of the database more prominent.According to the key construction disciplines in domestic colleges and universities,the database can be divided into thematic databases of different disciplines.The construction of database for key disciplines is the"top priority"of innovative service in college libraries.According to the geographical characteristics and the domestic Russian database,Heihe University recombines the database structure and build a unique Russian resource database.
