摘要
针对招金矿业某金矿存在氰化细磨成本高、钢球消耗大等问题,进行了艾砂磨机替代球磨机中试和工业试验研究。结果表明:艾砂磨机在氰化细磨工艺中具有较强的优势,与传统球磨机相比,在处理量相当的前提下,磨矿产品细度可提高5.16百分点,磨矿成本下降20.15%,节能降耗明显,且提高了金浸出率;磨矿介质为纳米陶瓷球,杜绝了钢球介质的铁屑污染对金回收的影响,间接地降低了药剂消耗,环保效益和经济效益较好。
A gold mine of Zhaojin Mining Industry is challenged by high cost of cyanidation fine grinding and high consumption of steel balls.So pilot and industrial test on Isa mill replacing ball mill is carried out.The results show that Isa mill is advantageous when it comes to fine grinding of cyanidation gold leaching.Compared to conventional ball mills,given the same treatment quantity,Isa mill could increase the fineness of grinding products by 5.16 percentage points,lower grinding cost by 20.15%.It not only saves energy,but also improves gold leaching rate;the grinding media are nano ceramic balls,eliminating the influence of iron scrap pollution of steel media on gold recovery,reducing reagent consumption of reagent indirectly.The environmental and economic benefits are good.
