摘要
湖南辰州矿业有限责任公司冶炼厂根据生产实践,对制粒工序、鼓风炉工序、灰吹炉工序、纯炉工序、炼金炉工序及湿法提金工序等进行了优化,取得了良好生产效果,提高了金、锑回收率,金、锑回收率分别达到96.81%、96.33%。通过对其优化措施及效果进行总结和分析,为该冶炼厂进一步提高金、锑回收率提供技术支撑,也为同类型冶炼企业工艺优化提供参考。
According to production practice in the smelter of Hunan Chenzhou Mining Industry Co.,Ltd.,the procedures of grain making,blasting furnace,cupellation furnace,purification furnace,gold refining furnace and metallurgy are continuously optimized,achieving good production performances,improving the recovery rate of gold and antimony,which are 96.81%and 96.33%respectively.The paper summarized and analyzed the measures of optimization and effect,provided technical support for gold and antimony recovery improvement in the smelter,and also can be used as a reference for similar smelting enterprises to optimize processes.
