摘要
针对区域路网中由于交通信号难以协调优化而造成的交通堵塞问题,通过分析推导区域在不同相位情况下各交叉口入口车道排队流量、输出流量以及不同排队情况下车均延误的计算方法,分别以各交叉口总输出流量最大为目标建立上层函数,以车辆平均延误最小为目标建立下层函数,构建了区域交通双层规划模型,并采用GASA算法求解模型。仿真实验表明,所提出的区域交通模型有效提高了区域路网的交通效率。
In view of the traffic jam problem caused by the difficulty of coordinated optimization of traffic signals in the region⁃al road network,the calculation methods of the queuing flow,output flow of each entrance lane of the intersection in different phas⁃es and the delay of cars in different queuing situations are analyzed and deduced.The upper layer function is established with the goal of the maximum total output flow of each intersection as the goal,and the lower layer function is established with the goal of the minimum average vehicle delay as the goal.The regional traffic bi-level programming model is constructed,and the model is solved using GASA algorithm.Simulation experiments show that the proposed regional traffic model improves the traffic efficiency of the re⁃gional road network effectively.
