基于ANSYS的谐波环境下电缆电磁-热耦合分析

摘要 电力电子技术及其设备在电网的高度渗透导致电力系统谐波污染日益严重,谐波问题引发的电缆附加损耗及温升问题不可忽视。文章分析了电缆损耗的计算方法,在此基础上,综合考虑电缆敷设方式及谐波作用下的集肤效应与邻近效应,根据电缆传热方式,建立了电缆沟敷设电缆在谐波作用下的电磁-热耦合二维有限元分析模型,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对其在不同频率、不同含量谐波电流下的电缆损耗及温度分布情况进行了仿真分析。该研究为谐波环境下电缆的设计、监测及热老化寿命评估提供了一定的参考依据。 The harmonics pollution of the power system is increasingly serious because of the high permeability of power elec⁃tronic technology and its equipment in power grid,the additional loss and temperature rise of cable caused by harmonic problem must be taken into account.In this paper,the cable loss calculation method is analyzed.According to the cable heat transfer mode,a cable trench under harmonic excitation electromagnetic temperature field coupling of two-dimensional finite element analysis mod⁃el is established,considering cable laying methods and shin effect and proximity effect under the condition of harmonic.Also,the cable loss and temperature distribution of the cables under different frequency and content harmonics are simulated with the finite el⁃ement analysis software ANSYS.The study provides certain reference for the design,monitoring and thermal aging life assessment of cable line under harmonic condition.
