摘要
针对智利某冶炼厂脱硫尾气不能达标排放的状况,对现有硫酸系统产生的脱硫尾气采用了双氧水法净化工艺。介绍了该厂尾气净化项目背景、脱硫尾气净化的工艺流程及特点,并与国内类似项目进行比较,分析了两者设计方案的不同点,以及该项目采取的优化措施。该项目建成投运后,各项生产数据均达到了设计要求。
In view of the substandard emission of the desulfurization tail gas of a smelting plant in Chile,the desulfurization tail gas produced by the ex⁃isting sulfuric acid system is purified by hydrogen peroxide method.The background of the tale gas purification project,the process flow and characteristics of the desulfurization tale gas purification are introduced.Comparing with similar domestic projects,the differences in design schemes and optimization measures adopted in this project are analyzed.After the project is completed and put into operation,various production data meet the design requirements.
