降低电银粉中碲含量的生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 针对某厂因电银粉质量波动较大,难以稳定浇铸出符合国标要求的#1银锭,试验研究了影响电银粉中碲含量超标的主要因素,并采取了相应的改进措施:①取消沉AgCl工序,在分铜的同时完成AgCl沉淀;②加大对湿粗银粉的吹炼力度;③增加刮槽频次;④电解槽撤桥,以增加极间距。措施实施后,可稳定生产出合格的#1银锭,每年为企业增加效益530万元。 Due to large fluctuation in the quality of electrolytic silver powder in a factory,it is difficult to stably cast ^(#)1 silver ingots in conformity with the National Standard.The main factors leading to excessive tellurium content in electrolytic silver powder are studied,and corresponding improvement measures are taken:①Canceling AgCl precipitation procedure,while carrying out the AgCl precipitation as copper separation;②Intensifying the conver⁃ting of wet crude silver powder;③Increasing the frequency of scraping groove;④Removing the bridges of the electrolyzer to increase pole spacing.After the implementation of the measures,qualified ^(#)1 silver ingots are produced,which increase 5.3 million yuan benefits for the company a year.
