引桥横梁质量鉴定与承载分析

摘要 长江下游某3000 t级物流码头引桥在使用3年后横梁出现较严重竖向裂缝,通过现场检测和承载力计算,查清引桥横梁裂缝形态和工程质量,复核横梁承载能力,分析裂缝产生原因及对安全的影响。结果表明,横梁裂缝均为竖向缝,大多位于跨中区域,符合钢筋混凝土结构超载受力特征;混凝土强度和钢筋配置符合设计,混凝土内部质量良好;横梁承载能力满足设计最不利荷载组合的承载要求。根据实测最大裂缝宽度0.32 mm推算,车辆比设计超载约75.65%。鉴于横梁已出现严重损伤,建议尽快进行加固处理。 A 3,000-ton logistics terminal approach bridge in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River had serious vertical cracks in the beam after 3 years of use.Through on-site inspection and carrying capacity calculation,the crack behavior and engineering quality of the approach bridge beam were checked,the bearing capacity of the beam was reviewed,and the cause of the crack was analyzed and impact on safety.The results showed that the beam cracks are all vertical joints,most of them are located in the mid-span area,which is in line with the overload stress characteristics of the reinforced concrete structure.The concrete strength and reinforcement configuration conform to the design,and the internal quality of the concrete is fine.The carrying capacity of the beam meets the bearing requirements of the most unfavorable load combination in the design.According to the estimated maximum crack width of 0.32mm measured,the vehicle is overloaded by about 75.65%than the design.In view of the serious damage to the beam,it is recommended to strengthen it as soon as possible.
