应用遗传算法的钢索断丝定量识别方法

摘要 文章致力于钢丝绳等索类断丝漏磁信号的处理与分析,在处理与分析中运用到的方法主要为小波分析法和遗传算法。首先设计了漏磁检测装置,然后分析了基于遗传算法的数据拟合方法,进而阐述了钢索断丝定量识别实验思路,最后对22组不同的索丝断丝损伤进行检测试验,试验结果表明,遗传算法可准确反映钢丝绳的断丝数。 This paper is devoted to the processing and analysis of magnetic flux leakage signals of wire rope and other broken wires.The main methods used in the processing and analysis are wavelet analysis and genetic algorithm.In this paper,the magnetic flux leakage detection device is designed,and the data fitting method based on genetic algorithm is analyzed.Finally,22 groups of different wire broken damage tests were carried out,and the test results show that the genetic algorithm can accurately reflect the wire broken number of wire rope.
