摘要
本文从社会场地的自发使用现象出发,研究目的是解决城市场地建设管理与场地自发性使用矛盾,为未来城市更新中满足实际建设使用的有机更新提供新的解决思路。本文利用社会关系网络作为城市场地复杂关系行为的新分析方法,在社会网络结构的转变中,场地设计建设与使用过程中,各角色地位逐步由城市管理部门决策转为使用者团体与设计师共同参与决策。结合社会网络分析与案例分析,本文提出了场地建设发展的设计过程、场地体验、设计模式与决策关系四方面新特性,推动城市场地空间设计管理的弹性发展。
Based on the phenomenon of spontaneous use of social sites, the purpose of this paper is to solve the contradiction between management and spontaneous use of site space in urban site construction, and to provide a new solution for the organic renewal that meets the actual construction and use in the future urban renewal. In this paper, social network analysis is used as a new method to analyze the complex relationship behavior of urban site. In the transformation of social network structure, the role status in the process of site design, construction and use is gradually changed from the decision-making of the city management department to joint decision-making of the site users’ group and designer. Combined with social network analysis and case analysis,this paper puts forward four new characteristics of the design process, site experience, design mode and decision relationship of site construction and development, in order to promote the flexible development of urban site space design management.
