转型期经开区产业遴选与体系构建方法研究——以安徽省歙县经济开发区为例

Research on Industrial Selection and System Construction Method of the Economic Development Zone in Transitional Period:A Case of Shexian Economic Development Zone in Anhui Province

改革开放以来,我国开发区建设如火如荼。经过30年的发展,开发区的发展历程经历了由“开发区热”至分化转型阶段的转变,严重依赖外资、经济发展趋缓、资源瓶颈凸显导致的产业结构不合理等已经成为我国开发区面临的主要困境。在转型阶段开发区研究相对缺失的背景下,本文以安徽省歙县经济开发区为例,基于统计数据针对其发展特征进行总结,提出产业遴选与转型期开发区产业体系构建的方法,对转型期开发区产业研究有一定的借鉴意义。

Since the reform and opening-up, development zones in China are growing vigorously. After 30 years of development,the development history of development zones has gone from “development zone fever” to differentiation and transition period.The unreasonable industrial structure caused by the heavily dependent on foreign capital, low speed of economical development,and prominent resource bottleneck has become a major dilemma for the development zones in China. Therefore, under the background of the relative absent research on the development zones in the transition period, this paper takes She County Economic development zone in Anhui Province as an example, summarizes the characteristics of its development based on the statistical data,and puts forward the industrial selection and the industrial system construction method of the development zones in transitional period,which has certain reference significance to the industrial research of development zones during the transition period.
