摘要
建筑工程中各机电安装专业之间普遍存在配合比较薄弱的问题,施工过程中各专业不能做到相互协调,导致吊装作业状况百出,频繁发生碰撞的现象,最后只能牺牲层高,降低吊顶高度。而管线安装综合支架运用少,存在不规范施工的现象。本文以某工程为例,采用BIM建模技术综合布线,运用可调高度装配式的综合支架,管码采用塑钢U型卡码,支架的横担增加合成纤维绝缘垫,有效防止与管道、槽盒产生电化学腐蚀。综合支架管码横担高度可调,安装灵活,可以提高综合支架安装工效。结果表明,这种方法在施工中不仅可以保证工程质量、提高施工效率,还可以提高空间的利用率。
In the construction engineering, the cooperation between the electromechanical installation disciplines is generally weak. In the construction process, the disciplines can not coordinate with each other, resulting in a wide range of hoisting operation conditions and frequent collisions. Finally, the floor height can only be sacrificed to reduce the ceiling height. The use of integrated support for pipeline installation is less and there is non-standard. In this paper, taking a project as an example, BIM modeling technology is used for generic cabling, adjustable height assembly integrated support is used, plastic steel u-code is used for pipe code, and synthetic fiber insulation pad is added to the cross arm of the support to effectively prevent electrochemical corrosion with pipes and slot boxes. The height of the cross arm of the pipe code of the comprehensive support is adjustable and the installation is flexible, which can improve the installation efficiency of the comprehensive support. The results show that the construction method can not only ensure the project quality and improve the construction efficiency, but also improve the utilization of space.
