摘要
欧美研究型大学在跨学科研究生培养方面走在世界前列,其主要特征和路径是以战略规划为牵引推进跨学科人才培养,完善跨学科组织机构促进跨学科人才培养工作趋向中心化,以尊重研究生主体地位为前提强化能力和职业导向,注重跨学科人才培养质量管理制度建设。这对我国开展跨学科研究生培养人才具有重要启示,要将跨学科纳入组织发展战略中,优化跨学科研究生培养的组织管理体系;以跨学科项目研究为重要驱动,带动跨学科研究生培养质量的不断提升;突破高校传统的组织制度制约,增强教师和研究生的跨学科身份认同;走向领域通用与领域专属并重,构建符合跨学科发展规律的评价体系。
European and American research university led the world in terms of interdisciplinary graduate education,its main characteristic and direction is clear.Guided by strategic planning,we should promote the interdisciplinary talent training,improve the interdisciplinary organiza tion and promote the centralization of interdisciplinary talent training,strengthen the ability and career orientation on the premise of respecting the dominant position of post-graduates,and pay attention to the construction of the quality management system of interdisciplinary talent training.This has important implications for our country to carry out interdisciplinary postgraduate training.We should bring interdisciplinary into the organizational development strategy and optimize the organizational management system of interdisciplinary postgraduate training.With interdisciplinary project research as an important driving force,the quality of interdisciplinary graduate education is constantly improved;Break through the restriction of traditional organization system and strengthen the interdisciplinary identity of teachers and graduate students;We should pay e qual attention to both domain universality and domain exclusivity,and construct an evaluation system in line with the law of interdisciplinary development.
