涉“源”化工装置灭火救援技术的研究

Research on Firefighting and Rescue Technology of“Radioactive-Source-Related”Chemical Device

本文从消防灭火救援的角度出发,简要阐述了涉“源”化工装置的概念及其危害。通过大量的实地调研,对企业中涉“源”的乙烯聚合、丙烯聚合、连续重整、延迟焦化、煤气化五大类工艺进行了列述,分析了涉“源”化工装置的火灾危害性和处置难点,同时提出了具有针对性的处置措施和注意事项,供消防救援人员在救援行动中参考使用。

From the point of view of firefighting and rescue,this paper briefly introduces the concept of“radioactive-source-related”chemical device and its harm.Based on a large number of field researches,this paper lists and explains the five major“radioactive-source-related”technologies in enterprises,such as ethylene polymerization,propylene polymerization,continuous reforming,delayed coking and coal gasification,and analyzes the fire hazards and disposal difficulties of“radioactive-source-related”chemical device.Besides,the paper puts forward disposal measures and precautions for the reference of firefighting and rescue personnel in rescue operations.
