Analysis on Risk Prevention and Disposal Countermeasures for Gas Holder Accidents

煤气柜作为企业储存煤气的一种容器,被广泛用于石油化工、煤化工、冶金企业和普通煤气站等。其受超期使用、违章操作、设备故障、自然灾害等因素影响容易发生煤气中毒、泄漏起火、燃烧爆炸等事故,近年来全国各地已发生多起煤气柜事故,本文通过阐述煤气柜的基本类型、储存介质、火灾风险,结合相关战例提出煤气柜事故处置对策。

Gas holder,as a kind of container for storing gas in enterprises,is widely used in petrochemical,coal chemical,metallurgical enterprises and gas stations.Because of such factors as overdue use,illegal operation,equipment failure and natural disasters,gas holder accidents like gas poisoning,leakage fire and combustion explosion already occurred across China in recent years.This paper describes the basic types,storage medium,and fire risk of gas holder,and puts forward countermeasures for gas holder accidents based on relevant cases.
