广西(东盟)航空医疗救援平台建设及发展分析

Construction and Development of Guangxi(ASEAN)Aviation Medical Rescue Platform

2016年以来国内民用航空医疗救援服务逐渐兴起,广西开始建设广西(东盟)航空医疗救援平台,本文总结该平台在航空医疗救援网络、航空医疗救援队伍、适用航空器多型化、技术开发与培训、立体救援机制等方面的发展成效,以及在区域航空医疗救援服务市场开发、立体救援体系建设、国际化服务程度等方面的发展不足,提出创新市场开拓机制、织密航空医疗救援服务网络、拓展国际航空医疗救援转运等发展方向,对促进广西境内乃至中国-东盟命运共同体航空医疗救援能力提升有重要意义。

With development of civil aviation medical rescue services in China since 2016,China-ASEAN Cross-Border Medical Cooperation Platform was launched in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.This paper summarizes its achievements in aviation medical rescue network,aviation medical rescue team,multi-type aircraft applications,technology development and training,three-dimensional rescue mechanism and so on.However,there is still insufficiency in the market development of regional aviation medical rescue service,construction of three-dimensional rescue system,and international service.The paper proposes that the market development mechanism should be more innovative,the aviation medical rescue service network should be strengthened and the transnational aviation medical transportation should be expanded,which is of great significance to promote the aviation medical rescue capabilities in Guangxi and even the China-ASEAN Community with a shared future.
