摘要
为了提高永磁同步电机在整个转速范围内无传感器控制的性能,基于速度分区优化的思想,提出一种融合了改进滑模观测器和I/F启动的新型无传感器控制方法。在零低速时,在电机绕组中施加幅值固定的旋转电流矢量,采用转速开环电流闭环的启动方式;在中高速时,设计了一种改进滑模增益的新型滑模观测器,通过设计模糊规则,使滑模增益可自适应调节。仿真结果表明,提出的融合算法在低速时,启动稳定抗干扰能力强;全速域范围内提高了系统的鲁棒性、有效地削弱了系统的抖振。
In order to improve the performance of sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the whole speed range,a new sensorless control method combining improved sliding mode observer and I/F start is proposed based on the idea of speed partition optimization.At zero and low speed,a rotating current vector with a fixed amplitude is applied to the motor windings,and the speed open-loop current closed-loop start method is adopted;at medium and high speed,a new sliding mode observer with improved sliding mode gain is designed.By designing fuzzy rules,the sliding mode gain can be adjusted adaptively.The simulation results show that the proposed fusion algorithm has strong start-up stability and anti-interference ability at low speeds;the robustness of the system is improved in the full speed range,and the chattering of the system is effectively weakened.
