制粉系统一键启停在超临界火电机组中的实践与应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着新能源并网容量逐渐增加,超临界火电机组频繁参与电网调峰运行,增加了机组运行中制粉系统的启停操作,为了减少制粉系统启停时对机组主要参数的扰动,进行制粉系统一键启停控制策略研究,并在某超临界火电机组实施,使机组制粉系统启停操作标准化,降低了制粉系统频繁启停对机组主要参数的影响,保证机组安全运行。 As the grid⁃connected capacity of new energy increasing gradually,supercritical thermal power unit frequently participates in peak load regulation of power grid.It encreases the start⁃stop operation of coal mill during unit operation.In order to reduce the dis⁃turbance to the main parameters of the unit when the pulverizing system is started and stopped,the self⁃starting and stopping control strategy of coal mill is studied,and implemented in supercritical thermal power unit.The start⁃stop operation of coal mill is standard⁃ized for the unit.The influence of frequent start⁃stop of pulverizing system on main parameters of the unit is reduced.It ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.
