摘要 服务礼仪课程体系是培养学生专业服务水平和综合服务能力的系列课程,但传统的服务礼仪课程教学存在着一些弊端。作者将中华传统礼仪文化融入服务礼仪课程体系,并进行了四维度的教学实践,从教学实践机制、教学实践方法、教学实践创新点三方面进行了探讨,解决了传统服务礼仪课程理论教学缺乏文化内涵,实操教学呆板、程式化,课程思政元素不足,社会实践缺乏创新和产学融合的问题。 Service etiquette course system is a series of courses to cultivate students’ professional service level and comprehensive service ability, but there are some disadvantages in the traditional service etiquette course teaching. The author integrates the Chinese traditional etiquette culture into the service etiquette curriculum system, and carries out four-aspect teaching practice, which is discussed from three aspects: teaching practice mechanism, teaching practice method and teaching practice innovation. It solves the problems of the lack of cultural connotation in the theoretical teaching of the traditional service etiquette curriculum, the rigidity and stylization of the practical teaching, the lack of ideological and political elements in the curriculum, the lack of innovation in social practice and the integration of production and learning.
