Research on Prevention and Countermeasures of Campus Network Fraud under the Background of “Big Data”

伴随大数据不断发展的不仅有网络商业服务与移动支付,还有网络诈骗。校园网络诈骗不仅损害学生合法权益,也给高校管理工作,学生家庭和睦与社会稳定带来威胁。作者在理清校园网络诈骗的类型与特殊性后,深入分析了网络诈骗频发的内在原因,并从学生、学校、家庭及政府四个方面提出校园网络诈骗的防治对策,以期为创建平安校园及网络诈骗治理提供参考。

Campus network fraud not only damages the legitimate rights of students, but also threatens the management of colleges and universities, the interests of students’ families and social stability. After clarifying the types and particularity of campus network fraud,the author deeply analyzes the internal reasons for the frequent occurrence of network fraud, puts forward the prevention and countermeasures from the four aspects of students, schools, families and the government, and hopes it will be helpful for the establishment of a safe campus and the governance of network fraud.
