摘要
作者采用分层抽样对贵州省9个市(州)40余所中学的3189名初中生在新冠疫情防控期间的心理健康水平进行调查分析,并初步建立贵州省常模。结果显示,疫情防控期间初中生心理健康问题总检出率为44.97%,轻度心理健康问题者占37.54%,中度及以上问题者占7.43%;女生在抑郁、焦虑、情绪波动性和量表总分上显著高于男生;疫情防控期间初中生的心理健康水平在年级和民族维度上不存在显著差异;疫情防控期间贵州省初中生在强迫、敌对、偏执、抑郁、焦虑和量表总分上均高于平常。疫情防控期间需要时刻关注初中生的心理健康问题,积极开展心理健康辅导与危机干预,以促进初中生的身心健康和人格发展。
The author investigated and analyzed the mental health level of 3189 junior high school students in more than 40 middle schools in 9 cities(prefectures) of Guizhou Province during the prevention and control period of COVID-19, and preliminary established the norm. The results showed that the total detection rate of mental health problems of junior high school students during the epidemic prevention and control period was 44.97%, and 37.54% were mild mental health problems, 7.43% were moderate and above;Female students were significantly higher than male students in depression, anxiety, mood fluctuation and the total score of the scale. During the epidemic prevention and control period, there was no significant difference in the mental health level of junior high school students in grade and ethnic dimension. During the epidemic prevention and control period, the scores of compulsion, hostility, paranoia, depression,anxiety and the total score of the scale of junior high school students in Guizhou Province were higher than normal. It is necessary to pay attention to the mental health problems of junior high school students and actively carry out mental health counseling and crisis intervention to promote the physical and mental health and personality development of junior high school students.
