摘要
以某型海缆船为例,对电缆盘底座变形进行分析,根据各圈轨道变形趋势和变形量采取预变形处理以减小整体相对变形;采用波浪载荷直接预报方法获取该船在最大装载作业时的最大横摇角、纵摇角,检验是否满足电缆盘设计要求,同时获取电缆盘中心运动加速度,对比波浪垂向弯矩短期预报值与规范值的差异,利用舱段有限元分析方法对电缆盘底座及船体结构进行强度分析,据此提出海缆船电缆盘下加强结构设计和结构强度分析建议。
Taking a certain type of submarine cable vessel as an example,the deformation of the cable tray base was analyzed.The pre-deformation treatment was taken according to the deformation trend and deformation amount of each circle track to reduce the overall deformation.The wave load direct forecast method was applied to obtain the maximum roll angle and pitch angle of the ship during the maximum loading operation,so as to check whether the design requirements of the cable tray are met.The acceleration at center of the cable tray was obtained,and the short-term prediction value of the wave vertical bending moment was compared with that of the rule values.The cabin finite element model was used to assess the strength of the cable reel base and the hull structure.According to the results,suggestions for the design and structural strength analysis of the reinforced structure under the cable tray of the submarine cable vessel were proposed.
