超大型FPSO半船大合拢技术

摘要 为缩短超大型FPSO建造周期,按照区域和功能对FPSO进行物理切分,将主船体部分划分为艏半船、艉半船,上部模块划分为生活区模块、功能模块和油气处理模块,艏、艉半船及上部模块在不同厂区并行建造,完工后到总装厂集成,对一艘超大型FPSO的艏、艉半船采用大合拢技术,实现艏、艉半船并行建造,缩短总建造周期;分析半船大合拢划分原则、方法及大合拢技术准备和大合拢操作流程,实践证明,该船体划分方法和半船并行建造及合拢技术可将FPSO总建造周期缩短6个月,保证项目按期交付,缩短资金占用时间,降低成本。 In order to shorten the construction cycle of super large FPSO,the FPSO was physically divided according to the area and function.The main hull was divided into bow half and stern half,and the upper module was divided into living quarter,function module and process module.The bow and stern half and module were built in parallel in different shipyard and mating in integration shipyard after completion.Taking the bow and stern half of a super large FPSO as the research object,the principle and method of half hull division were analyzed,as well as the preparation of mating technology.The operation process of mating was discussed.It was proved that this method can shorten the total construction cycle of FPSO by 6 months,ensure the delivery of the project on time,shorten the capital occupation time,reduce the financial cost,and provide a useful reference for domestic FPSO construction.
