摘要 根据现代飞机视情维修模式下机载设备健康评估实时性与可量化的要求,提出了一种基于自动增益控制(Automatic Gain Control,AGC)偏差的机载战术空中导航(Tactical Air Navigation,TACAN)设备接收信道健康评估方法,以解决目前工程实践中机载TACAN设备机内测试结果无法量化与地面测试开展时机受限的问题。该方法以机载TACAN设备在飞行中记录的设备工作模式、空空或空地测距结果、接收信道AGC衰减值等数据为输入,建立接收信道AGC衰减值偏差、增益损耗与TACAN功能作用距离的计算模型,以及以增益损耗为健康表征参数的接收信道健康度评估模型,并采用实测数据与仿真分析相结合的方式证明了方法的可行性。该方法可用于维护人员在飞行数据离线分析时精准、量化评估机载设备的健康状态,以减少因设备故障导致的停机时间。 According to the requirements of modern aircraft condition-based-maintenance mode for real-time and quantitative health assessment of airborne equipment,a quantitative health assessment method of airborne tactical air navigation(TACAN)equipment receiving channel based on automatic gain control(AGC)deviation is proposed to solve the problem that the built-in-test result of airborne TACAN equipment cannot be quantified and the timing of ground test is limited in current engineering practice.A model is constructed to calculate the AGC attenuation value deviation and gain loss of the receiving channel,and a quantitative health assessment model of the receiving channel with gain loss as the health assessment parameter is established,in which the real-time AGC attenuation value,distance between aircraft and ground equipment,and the operation mode(air to air or air to ground)are used as inputs.The feasibility of the method is proved by test data and simulation.It can be used by maintenance personnel to assess airborne TACAN equipment’s health status precisely during off-board analysis of flight data,so as to reduce the aircraft downtime caused by airborne equipment failure.
