300 MW机组分层配烧特性数值模拟研究

摘要 利用仿真软件建立锅炉数值模型,对300 MW机组锅炉进行灵活性的分层配烧数值模拟研究,分析烟气温度是否满足设计值,锅炉是否能达到设计出力。结果表明:分层配烧方案在锅炉的不同负荷段能够保证锅炉的稳定输出,其中在工况1时,平均烟气温度1415 K,刚好满足设计要求;工况2、工况3、工况4时烟气温度均在设计范围内;观察4种工况下CO_(2)浓度分布,随着入炉煤质变好,CO_(2)浓度逐渐地显著升高。这种灵活性的分层配烧方案既能为机组接带不同电负荷时提供可靠的动力源,同时又保证机组的安全性。 Simulation software is adopted to establish a numerical model of the boiler,and a numerical simulation study on the flexibility of stratified burning of a 300 MW unit boiler is conducted to analyze whether the flue-gas temperature meets the design value and whether the boiler can reach the design output.The results show that the stratified burning scheme can ensure the stable output of the boiler in different load sections of the boiler.At working condition 1,the average flue-gas temperature is 1415 K,which just meets the design requirements;at working condition 2,working condition 3 and working condition 4,the flue-gas temperature is within the design range,and the CO_(2) concentration distribution under the four working conditions is observed.As the coal quality becomes better,the CO_(2) concentration gradually increases significantly.This flexible stratified burning scheme can provide a reliable power source when the unit is connected to different electrical loads,which ensures the safety of the unit at the same time.
