350 MW火电机组闭式冷却水系统冲洗方案优化探讨

摘要 介绍了火力发电机组闭式冷却水系统常规强制循环冲洗的方法,对冲洗过程中存在的闭式循环水泵入口滤网堵塞严重、冲洗周期长、耗水量大等问题进行了分析,提出了相应的优化冲洗方案,并在现场实际应用中验证了优化方案的可行性。 The conventional forced circulation flushing method of the closed cooling water system of a thermal power generating unit is introduced,and the problems existing in the process of flushing,such as serious clogging of the filter net at the inlet of the closed circulation pump,long flushing period,and large water consumption,are analyzed.The corresponding optimal flushing scheme is put forward and the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified in the practical field application.
