摘要
在介绍晋能孝义煤电有限公司项目工程概况及改进依据的基础上,分析了原脱硫废水处理工艺系统存在的弊端,通过对比分析现有的脱硫废水零排放技术,选用烟气余热喷雾蒸发干燥法技术进行废水处理。该系统投运后,锅炉、脱硫整体系统运行正常,各项排放指标满足超低排放要求。
On the basis of introducing the general project situation and improvement basis of Xiaoyi Coal Power Co.,Ltd.of Jinneng Holding Group,the disadvantages existing in the original desulfurization wastewater treatment process system are analyzed.Based on a comparative analysis of the existing desulfurization wastewater zero-emission technology,flue-gas waste heat spray evaporation drying technology is used to treat wastewater.After this system is put into operation,the boiler and desulfurization system as a whole run normally and all emission indicators can meet ultra-low emission requirements.
