摘要
3号溶剂再生装置开工后,实现了全厂临氢装置胺液和非临氢装置富胺液独立再生和循环使用。在运行过程中发现再生塔顶部水冷器前三通腐蚀泄漏,对泄漏原因进行了分析,结果表明:管线材质等级不够,管道布局不合理,装置原料硫化氢含量高。通过更改管线材质、更改管道布局方式可减缓此部位的腐蚀,增加脉冲涡流扫查的范围和频次可有效监控易腐蚀部位的情况。
After the start-up of No.3 solvent regeneration unit,the regeneration and recycling of amine liquid in hydrogen unit and non-hydrogen unit were realized.Corrosion leakage was found in front three-way pipe of water cooler at the top of regeneration tower during operation.Several problems were revealed through cause analysis,including disqualified pipeline material,unreasonable pipeline layout,and high hydrogen sulfide content of raw material.The situation could be effectively improved by changing pipeline material and layout,expanding the range and frequency of pulse eddy current scanning.
