摘要
塔河油田原油管道腐蚀环境恶劣,造成腐蚀穿孔频发。为有效解决原油管道腐蚀穿孔带来的环境和经济问题,按照经济、高效、安全的原则,开展高温聚烯烃管(HTPO)内穿插和高压复合软管(HPCH)内穿插修复技术研究,主要从工艺原理、关键性能指标、内穿插修复工艺环节进行研究,明确了内穿插管材物理化学性能、分段定位计算方法、操作坑开挖、管线清管、通径除瘤、管材熔接、试拉穿插、连头与断口连接、试压验收等技术要求,介绍了两种内穿插修复技术的特点,通过现场应用取得了很好的防腐修复效果。
Corrosion perforation occurred frequently in Tahe oilfield due to severe corrosion environment.In order to solve environmental and economic problems caused by the above situation,the research on HTPO pipeline interpenetration and HPCH pipeline interpenetration repair technology were carried out in accordance with the principles of economy,efficiency and safety.It is mainly studied from process principle,key performance indicators and interpenetration repair process.Technical requirements were specified concerning physical and chemical properties of interpenetration pipes,section positioning calculation method,operation pit excavation,pipeline pigging,path plate passing and weld beading removing,pipe welding,trial pull insertion,connector and fracture connection,pressure testing and acceptance.The characteristics of two kinds of internal insertion repair technologies were introduced;satisfying anticorrosion effect was achieved through practical application.
