摘要
催化裂化再生烟气湿法脱硫工艺具有SO_(2)脱除效率高、脱硫剂利用率高和工艺流程简单等优势,仍然是炼油企业烟气脱硫的首选工艺。湿法脱硫装置存在SO_(3)脱除率低和设备腐蚀严重等问题,可通过工艺优化和设备材料优选等方法来解决。催化裂化再生烟气半干法脱硫技术能够实现净化烟气超低排放,具有设备腐蚀轻微、无废水排放以及投资和运行维护费用低等优势,可在工业上进行推广应用。可再生活性焦干法烟气脱硫技术尚未应用于催化裂化烟气净化领域,目前还处于研究开发阶段,该技术具有脱硫、脱硝及除尘等多种功能,并且还能将烟气中的SO x转化为有价值的硫酸或者硫黄,实现资源再利用,其工业应用前景广阔。
Regeneration flue gas wet desulfurization of catalytic cracking unit is still the preferred process for flue gas desulfurization in oil refining enterprises,which has the advantages of high SO_(2) removal efficiency,high desulfurizer utilization rate and simple process flow.Problems such as low SO_(3) removal rate and serious corrosion for wet desulfurization unit can be solved by process optimization and equipment material optimization.Semi dry desulfurization technology can realize flue gas purification and ultra-low emission.It also has the advantages of slight corrosion,no waste water discharge,low cost on investment,maintenance,and can be popularized and applied in industry.Renewable coke dry flue gas desulfurization technology is still under research and it has not been applied yet.It has multiple functions of desulfurization,denitration and dust removal,and it can also convert SO_(x) in flue gas into valuable sulfuric acid or sulfur which has a wide application prospect.
