玻璃鳞片增强酚醛环氧耐高温漆在石化保温管线上的应用 被引量:4

摘要 石化保温管线及设备,250℃以下占比高达80%。某公司研发的高性能玻璃鳞片增强酚醛环氧耐高温漆(Jotatemp 250,简称JM)可以耐250℃的高温,而传统的酚醛环氧漆仅能耐205℃。该产品可用于-196℃到250℃的全范围的保温层下腐蚀(Corrosion Under Insulation,CUI)防腐要求,为石化保温管线提供了全方位、可靠的耐温及防腐保护。目前该产品已在新建及维保项目上应用,可用在碳钢及不锈钢基材表面,成功应用在96℃表面不停车带温施工。 The proportion of petrochemical insulation pipelines and equipment account for 80%under 250℃.Jotun’s glass flake reinforced novolac epoxy high-temperature resistant paint can withstand 250℃,while the traditional novolac epoxy can only withstand 205℃.The product can be used for full range of CUI anticorrosion requirements from-196℃to 250℃,providing comprehensive and reliable temperature resistance and corrosion protection for petrochemical insulation pipeline.At present,the product has been applied for new construction and maintenance projects.It can be used on the surface of carbon steel and stainless steel substrates nonstop at 96℃.
