摘要
本文简要介绍了热镀锌生产线锌渣产生机理及种类,着重研究了影响锌渣产生的主要因素,并对如何减少锌渣对热镀锌板表面的影响做了理论性说明和实践性试验。实践证明,锌液中的有效铝含量和锌液温度对锌渣的产生起着至关重要的作用,同时,气刀压力直接影响着热镀锌板表面锌渣缺陷的产生。因此,合理控制锌液中有效铝含量、锌液温度及气刀压力将会减少锌渣的产生量,进而减少热镀锌板表面锌渣缺陷、提升板面质量,同时可以有效节约能源消耗、降低成生产本、提高经济效益。
This paper briefly introduces the mechanism of production and types of zinc slag in hot galva⁃nizing production line,studies emphatically the main factors affecting the production of zinc slag,and makes theoretical explanation and practical test on how to reduce the influence of zinc slag on surface of hot galvanized plate.Practice has proved that the effective aluminum content in zinc liquid and the tem⁃perature of zinc liquid play a vital role in the production of zinc slag,at the same time,the air knife pres⁃sure directly affects the production of zinc slag defects on the surface of hot galvanized plate.Therefore,reasonable control of effective aluminum content in zinc liquid,zinc liquid temperature and air knife pres⁃sure will be able to reduce the production amount of zinc slag,thereby reducing the zinc slag defects on the surface of hot galvanized plate and improving the surface quality of the plate,at the same time,may ef⁃fectively save energy consumption,reduce production cost and improve economic benefit.
