浅谈钢铁企业变电站的运维与管理

A brief introduction on the operation maintenance and management of substation in iron and steel enterprises

钢铁产业是我国国民经济重要的基础支柱产业,而钢铁企业也是用电和耗能大户,随着我国钢铁工业布局的调整,钢铁企业逐步向大型化、集团化方向发展,企业的生产规模不断扩大。为了适应不断扩大的生产规模以及企业在节能减排、工艺升级改造等方面的用电需求,使得企业原有的供配系统与配套设施同样需要扩建增容、升级改造。而做好供配电系统的安全运行及故障的快速处理,则是确保钢铁企业正常生产的重要保证。本文分析了钢铁企业供配电的特点以及容易发生的问题,在此基础上提出了供配电系统故障的应对措施,以供钢铁企业供电管理部门与生产部门参考和借鉴。

The iron and steel industry is an important basic pillar industry of China's national economy,and iron and steel enterprises are also large consumers of electricity and energy consumption.With the ad⁃justment of national iron and steel industry layout,iron and steel enterprises gradually develop towards large-scale and collectivization,and their production scale of enterprises continues to expand.In order to adapt to the expanding production scale,and the power demand of enterprises in energy conservation and emission reduction and craftwork upgrading and transformation,the original power supply and distribu⁃tion system and supporting facilities in iron and steel enterprises also need to be expanded upgraded and transformed.But completing job of safe operation and the rapid treatment of the power supply system faults are an important guarantee to ensure the normal production of iron and steel enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristics and easy generant problems of power supply and distribution in iron and steel enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures for power supply and distribution system faults,and which can be used for reference by power supply management departments and production departments of iron and steel enterprises.
