液压站油泵电机节能及油液清洁度在线监测

摘要 某钢铁企业棒材生产线投产近10年,原液压控制系统方案比较简略,已不适应现代轧机工艺控制需求,需要进行改进。本文介绍了棒材生产线液压控制系统的构成,结合该生产线液压系统的实际工况和系统特性,分析了该液压系统存在的问题,并提出了优化改进方案。通过优化轧机液压泵组运行模式、增设一键急停和远程控制功能,提高了液压系统运行的安全性和可靠性,同时降低了系统耗能。另外增加了油液清洁度在线监测设备,为液压系统维护、故障诊断和预防提供了有效帮助,进一步保障了液压系统运行的安全性和可靠性。 The bar production line of an iron and steel enterprise has been put into operation for nearly 10 years,and the original hydraulic pressure control system scheme is relatively simple,which does not adapt the needs of modern rolling mill process control,and needs to be improved.This paper introduces the composition of the hydraulic control system of the bar production line,combined with actual working conditions and system characteristics of the hydraulic system of the production line,analyzes the prob⁃lems existing of this hydraulic system,and puts forward the optimization and improvement scheme.Through optimizing the operation mode of the rolling mill hydraulic pump set,adding function of one key emergency stop and long-range control,the safety and reliability of the hydraulic system are improved,and the energy consumption of the system is reduced at the same time.In addition,the oil cleanliness on⁃line monitoring equipment is added,which provides effective help for hydraulic system maintenance,fault diagnosis and prevention,further ensures the safety and reliability of the hydraulic system.
