摘要
回转窑法处理含锌冶金尘泥是当前一种比理想的处理工艺,但由于该处理工艺存在诸多环保不达标等问题,制约了其在行业内的发展和推广。本文就当前我国回转窑法处理钢铁企业含锌冶金尘泥工艺及化学反应原理进行了详述,分析了环保不达标的主要原因,并针对该处理工艺提出了一整套全流程环保达标的解决方案。改进后的回转窑法处理含锌冶金尘泥的工艺可以达到钢铁行业超低排放标准,实现回转窑法处理含锌尘泥的全流程洁净生产,为冶金固废处理企业对含锌冶金尘泥的清洁处理提供了参考。
The rotary kiln treatment process of zinc containing metallurgical dust and sludge is an ideal treatment process at present,but due to this treatment process exists many problems that environmental protection cannot up to the standards and other,which restricts its development and promotion in the in⁃dustry.This paper describes in detail currently process flow and chemical reaction principle of treating zinc containing metallurgical dust and mud by rotary kiln in iron and steel enterprises of China,analyzes the main reasons for environmental protection cannot up to the standard,and puts forward a set of solu⁃tions of up to the standard of environmental protection for whole process.The improved process of treating zinc containing metallurgical dust and mud by rotary kiln method can meet the ultra-low emission stan⁃dard of iron and steel industry,and can realize the whole process clean production of treating zinc contain⁃ing metallurgical dust and mud by rotary kiln method,it provides a reference for metallurgical solid waste treatment enterprises which how to clean treat the metallurgical dust and mud containing zinc.
