摘要
焦炭作为高炉冶炼的一种重要原料,原储存方式多为落地储存,环保效果差强人意,成为企业环保绩效创A的绊脚石。目前国家明确要求烧结矿、球团矿、焦炭等高炉原料采用密闭料仓或封闭料棚等方式储存,因此各设计单位陆续开展研究,探讨焦炭密闭储存的方法。本文主要分析了焦炭采用筒仓储存方式时存在的问题,探讨了相应的设计要点,并从筒仓入料系统、筒仓出料系统、锥段、一体化安全系统、降低破损率、智能化、环保等多个方面对设计要点进行了介绍,这些可作为钢铁企业和设计单位的参考。
As an important raw material for blast furnace smelting,the original storage method of coke is mostly ground storage,and the environmental protection effect is not satisfactory,which has become the stumbling block to enterprise’s achieving A-level environmental performance.At present,the state clear⁃ly requires that blast furnace raw materials such as sinter,pellet ore and coke and other must be stored in closed silos or sheds.Therefore,various design units have successively carried out research,and explore the method of closed storage of coke.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing when coke using the silo storage mode,and discusses the corresponding design points,and introduces the key points of de⁃sign from the aspects of silo feeding system,silo discharging system,cone section,integrated safety sys⁃tem,decrease crushing rate,intelligentialize,environmental protection and other,these can be used as a reference for iron and steel enterprises and design units.
